Dedicated Virtual Assistant Services That Give You Your Week Back

Our dedicated virtual assistant services pair you with one named, trained assistant who learns how you work. They handle your inbox, calendar, travel, scheduling and research, so your hours go to customers and growth. You get one accountable U.S. point of contact, a weekly plain-English update, and logins that stay under your control.

The challenge

You are the busiest person in your business, and too much of it is admin

Most owners did not start a company to sort email, chase meeting times or book flights. Yet those small tasks pile up every day, and they land on the person whose time is worth the most. Important messages get buried, follow-ups slip, and evenings disappear into catch-up work that never seems to end. It is a quiet drain on your energy and your growth.

Freelance marketplaces promise help, but you often get a different person each month, no backup when they disappear, and no one checking quality. You end up training, re-training and double-checking. What you need is one steady assistant who knows your preferences, follows written processes, and is backed by a company that answers for the work.

What's included

What you get with dedicated assistant

Inbox management

Your assistant sorts, labels and drafts replies, flags what needs you, and keeps the rest moving so nothing important sits unanswered.

Calendar and scheduling

Meetings get booked, confirmed and rescheduled without the back-and-forth. Your calendar reflects your priorities, not whoever emailed last.

Travel planning

Flights, hotels and itineraries are researched and organized to your preferences, with options ready for your approval.

Research and prep

Vendor comparisons, prospect background, meeting briefs and quick fact-finding, delivered in a clean summary you can act on.

One named team member

You work with the same dedicated person every week, not a rotating pool. They build real knowledge of your business over time.

Written SOPs and NDA

We document how you like things done and every assistant signs an NDA before touching your accounts.

The value

Why a dedicated assistant pays for itself

Your time goes back to revenue work

Every hour you stop spending on email and scheduling is an hour for selling, leading or resting. Owners usually feel the difference within the first few weeks.

Fewer dropped balls

Follow-ups, renewals and meeting confirmations stop slipping through the cracks. Customers and partners notice when you respond on time.

Consistency you can count on

Written SOPs mean tasks get done the same way every time. If your assistant is out, a backup can step in without starting from zero.

Accountability without managing

You get a weekly update and one U.S. contact who answers for the work. You do not have to supervise a freelancer to get reliable results.

FAQ

Dedicated assistant questions, answered.

How much do your dedicated virtual assistant services cost?

Part-time support is $1,200 per month for about 20 hours a week. Full-time is $2,500 per month. A Specialist assistant with bookkeeping, design or tech skills is $3,200 per month. A one-time setup fee is quoted in your proposal, and any software licenses are billed separately at cost. Prepaying for a year gives you two months free.

Is there a long-term contract?

There is a 3-month minimum so your assistant has time to learn your business and settle into your processes. After that, the service continues month to month. You can change tiers as your needs grow, for example moving from part-time to full-time once you see how much you can hand off.

What do you need from me to get started?

A short list of the tasks you want off your plate, access to the tools involved, such as email and calendar, and an hour or two in the first weeks to answer questions. We turn your answers into written SOPs so you only explain things once. You create or approve the logins, and you can remove access at any time.

Will I work with the same assistant every week?

Yes. You get one named, dedicated team member who learns your preferences and your business. Because your work is documented in SOPs, a trained backup can cover vacations or sick days without a messy handoff. Your U.S. point of contact stays the same and is always available if something needs attention.

How soon will I notice a difference?

Most clients start handing off inbox and scheduling tasks in the first week or two, and the load keeps shifting as your assistant learns more. How fast it builds depends on how many tasks you delegate and how quickly access is set up. We review progress with you monthly and adjust.
