Outsourced Project Management Services With Clear KPI Dashboards

When projects live in email threads and numbers live in five spreadsheets, it is hard to see what is really happening. Our outsourced project management services track tasks, send weekly status reports and build KPI dashboards that show your business at a glance. Your dedicated Exoshore team keeps everyone accountable so you can lead instead of chase.

The challenge

You cannot manage what you cannot see

Most growing businesses run several projects at once: a new location, a software rollout, a marketing push. Without someone owning the plan, deadlines drift, tasks fall between people and the owner ends up asking the same status questions every week. Meetings fill up with updates instead of decisions. Important work stalls simply because no one was clearly responsible for the next step.

The same goes for your numbers. Sales, jobs, cash and customer data sit in separate tools, so pulling a simple report takes hours. By the time you see a problem, it is already expensive. You need one clear view of progress and performance, kept current by someone whose job is to keep it current. That is the gap a dedicated project team fills.

What's included

What you get with project management & dashboards

Project board build

We set up a project board in a tool like Asana, Monday, ClickUp or Trello, structured around how your team works.

Task tracking

Tasks are assigned, deadlines are watched and overdue items are followed up with the right person.

Weekly status reports

A short, plain-English report each week shows what moved, what is stuck and what needs your decision.

KPI dashboards

We build dashboards that pull your key numbers into one view, so you can check performance in minutes.

Meeting support

Agendas, notes and action items are captured and tracked, so meetings lead to follow-through.

Ongoing dashboard upkeep

Dashboards are maintained and adjusted as your goals change, so the numbers stay accurate and useful.

The value

Why project management pays off

Deadlines stop slipping

Someone is watching every task and following up before things go late. Projects finish closer to plan and with fewer surprises.

Faster, better decisions

KPI dashboards put the numbers that matter in front of you without digging. You spot trends early and act sooner.

Shorter, more useful meetings

When status is already written down, meetings can focus on decisions. Your team gets time back every week.

Clear accountability

Everyone knows who owns what and when it is due. That clarity reduces friction and helps good people do their best work.

FAQ

Project management & dashboards questions, answered.

How much do outsourced project management services cost?

Starter is $500 per month, Growth is $900 per month and Premium is $1,500 per month. The tier depends on how many projects and data sources are involved. A one-time setup fee for your project board and dashboard build is quoted in your proposal, and any software licenses are billed at cost.

What tools do you use for boards and dashboards?

We prefer to work in what you already have, such as Asana, Monday, ClickUp, Trello, Google Sheets or Looker Studio. If you do not have a system, we will recommend one that fits your team and budget. Everything is set up under your accounts with logins you control.

How long is the commitment?

There is a 3-month minimum, then service continues month to month. Prepaying for a year gives you two months free. The early weeks are focused on building the board and dashboard, then the ongoing work keeps them accurate. You can move between tiers as projects start and wrap up, so the support matches your workload.

What do you need from my team?

A list of active projects, the people involved, and access to the tools where your data lives. Your team will need to update tasks or reply to follow-ups. We keep that light, but project management only works when people engage with the board.

When will I see results?

Your first board and dashboard are usually in place during the setup phase, so you start getting a clearer view early. Improvements in follow-through and meeting time build as your team gets used to the rhythm. Timelines depend on the number of projects and how clean your data is.
