Remote IT Help Desk Services Your Staff Can Actually Reach
Our remote IT help desk services give your employees one place to go when something breaks. Your dedicated Exoshore team handles password resets, email problems and software issues through a simple ticket system, so your people get back to work and you stop being the office's default tech support.
Someone is always fixing the printer instead of their real job
In most small companies, IT support is whoever is good with computers. That might be the owner, an office manager or a younger employee who gets pulled away a dozen times a week. Locked accounts, email that won't sync and software that won't install add up to lost hours for two people every time. Nobody planned it that way; it just happened as the team grew.
Without a ticket system, requests get lost in hallway conversations and text messages. Problems repeat because nobody writes down the fix. And when the person who knows how things work goes on vacation or leaves, everyone else is stuck. A shared, documented help desk fixes that. Your staff get a clear place to ask for help, and you get a record of what keeps breaking and why.
What you get with remote it help desk
Support tickets for staff
Employees submit issues through a ticket system, and every request is tracked from first report to fix.
Password resets and lockouts
Locked or forgotten accounts are handled quickly with identity checks, so people get back in without risking security.
Email troubleshooting
Sync problems, missing messages, shared mailbox access and signature setup are handled for Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace users.
Software issues
We help with installs, updates, sign-in errors and common app problems on the tools your team uses daily.
Device and account inventory
We keep a current list of who has which laptop, phone and account, which makes onboarding and offboarding far simpler.
Notes on every fix
Solutions are documented, so repeat problems are resolved faster and knowledge doesn't live in one person's head.
What remote IT help desk services change day to day
Less downtime for your team
Staff get answers from a dedicated team instead of waiting for a coworker to free up. Small problems stay small.
Your best people back on their real work
The office manager or owner who used to field tech questions can focus on the job they were hired for. That alone is often worth the cost.
Better security habits
Consistent identity checks on password resets and a current account inventory close common gaps. Former employees don't keep access by accident.
Predictable cost
A flat per-user monthly price makes IT support easy to budget. No surprise hourly invoices for routine fixes.
A good fit if you are…

- Professional firms, such as accounting, legal or insurance offices, with steady day-to-day tech questions
- Companies with remote or hybrid staff who need help without someone on site
- Owners who have become the unofficial IT department and want out of that role
- Businesses that already have a local IT vendor for hardware but need daily user support

Remote IT help desk questions, answered.
How much do remote IT help desk services cost?
Pricing is per user each month: Starter is $75/user/mo, Growth is $100/user/mo, and Premium is $125/user/mo with extended hours. There is a $500/mo minimum. A one-time setup fee is quoted in your proposal, and software licenses are billed separately at cost.
Do you come on site?
No. Our help desk is remote only. We handle what can be solved over remote access, email or chat, which covers most day-to-day issues. For hardware repairs or cabling, we'll tell you clearly and can coordinate with a local vendor you choose.
How do my employees request help?
Through a simple ticket system we set up during onboarding. Staff submit a request, get a confirmation, and can see when it's resolved. That keeps every issue tracked instead of buried in texts and hallway conversations. You can also see the ticket history any time, so recurring problems are easy to spot.
What do you need from us to get started?
A list of your staff, devices and the main tools you use, plus admin access through company-managed logins you control. Every team member who supports you signs an NDA. We'll walk through the details on the free call. Most setups are finished within the first few weeks.
What is the contract length?
There is a 3-month minimum, then service continues month to month. If you prepay a year, you get 2 months free. Adding or removing users is simple, and your monthly cost adjusts with your headcount. We review user counts with you each month.
