HR Admin Services That Keep Your Employee Paperwork in Order
Employee paperwork is easy to fall behind on and stressful to fix later. Our HR admin services handle onboarding and offboarding documents, keep employee records organized, and track the compliance dates that are easy to miss. Your dedicated Exoshore team works from clear checklists, and you get a weekly update so you always know where things stand.
HR paperwork gets pushed aside until it becomes a problem
In a small business, HR tasks usually fall to the owner or an office manager who already has a full plate. New hire forms sit half-completed. Employee files live across email, desk drawers and shared drives. Nobody notices a certification or review date has passed until someone asks for it. Former employees' paperwork stays unfinished, and onboarding looks different every time someone new starts.
None of this feels urgent day to day, but gaps in records can create real headaches during an audit, a dispute or a benefits enrollment. You do not necessarily need a full-time HR manager. You need someone reliable to keep the administrative side tidy, consistent and up to date. That way the people side of your business gets the attention it deserves, and the paperwork never becomes the emergency.

Why tidy HR admin matters
Better first impressions for new hires
Organized onboarding helps new employees feel welcome and ready to work. It sets a professional tone from the first day.
Less scrambling when records are needed
When an insurer, accountant or attorney asks for a document, you can find it quickly. That saves time and stress at the worst moments.
Fewer missed deadlines
Reminders for renewals and reviews arrive ahead of time. You handle them calmly instead of discovering them late.
Your managers focus on people
When paperwork is handled, managers can spend their time coaching and leading. The admin stops crowding out the human side of HR.

HR admin questions, answered.
How much do your HR admin services cost?
Starter is $300 per month, Growth is $600 per month and Premium is $1,000 per month. The right tier depends on your headcount and how often you hire. A one-time setup fee for checklists and folder organization is quoted in your proposal. Prepaying for a year gives you two months free.
Do you give legal advice or make HR decisions?
No. Our HR admin services cover paperwork, records and date tracking. We do not provide legal advice and we do not make hiring, firing or discipline decisions. For employment law questions, you should consult a qualified attorney or HR professional. We keep the administrative side organized so those conversations go faster.
What is the minimum commitment?
There is a 3-month minimum, then service continues month to month. The first weeks are spent building your checklists and organizing existing files, so the early months set up a system that keeps paying off. If your needs change, you can move between tiers as your headcount grows. Prepaying for a year gives you two months free.
What do you need from me?
Access to where your employee files are stored, a list of current staff, and your existing forms or policies. We use company-managed logins you control. Every team member signs an NDA, which matters because employee records are sensitive. You approve the checklists before we start using them.
Can you work with my payroll or HR software?
Yes. We can work inside tools like Gusto, ADP or your shared drive to keep records consistent. If you also want help preparing payroll runs, our payroll prep service pairs well with HR admin, and you still approve and release every payroll.
