Cloud Security Management That Keeps Your Accounts Locked Down
Our cloud security management service looks after the Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace accounts your business runs on. Your dedicated Exoshore team manages users and permissions, rolls out multi-factor authentication, keeps backups running and watches for warning signs, so your email, files and calendars stay protected and available.
Your business lives in the cloud, but nobody is minding it
Email, contracts, client files and passwords now sit in Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace. Yet in many small businesses the admin console hasn't been opened since the accounts were created. Former employees may still have access, multi-factor authentication is optional, and nobody is sure whether files are backed up anywhere outside the platform itself. Often, nobody knows who the admin even is.
That works until a phishing email lands, a laptop goes missing or someone deletes a shared folder. Then it becomes a scramble to figure out who had access, what was lost and how to get it back. Steady, routine administration prevents most of that stress. It also gives you clear answers when a client or insurer asks how your data is protected.
What you get with cloud & security management
Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace administration
We manage users, groups, licenses, shared drives and mailbox settings in the platform you already use.
Multi-factor authentication
MFA is rolled out to every user with clear instructions, so a stolen password alone doesn't open the door.
Backups you can restore from
Email and files are backed up outside the platform, and restores are checked so the backups actually work when needed.
User access control
New hires get the right access on day one, and departing staff are removed promptly, with permissions reviewed regularly.
Security monitoring
We watch for suspicious sign-ins, risky settings and security alerts, and act on them or bring them to you quickly.
Plain-English security notes
Each month you get a short summary of what we changed, what we found and what we recommend next.
Why cloud security management matters for a small team
Lower risk of account takeovers
MFA, tight permissions and monitoring close the gaps attackers most often use. You reduce risk without buying an enterprise security stack.
Recovery when things go wrong
Tested backups mean a deleted folder or compromised mailbox is a setback, not a disaster. You can get back to work faster.
Clean onboarding and offboarding
Access matches each person's role and ends when they leave. That protects client data and avoids awkward surprises later.
Easier answers for clients and insurers
When a client questionnaire or cyber insurance form asks about MFA and backups, you'll have real answers. That builds credibility with larger customers.
A good fit if you are…

- Companies with frequent staff turnover that need access added and removed reliably

Cloud & security management questions, answered.
How much does cloud security management cost?
Starter is $300/mo, Growth is $600/mo and Premium is $1,000/mo. A one-time setup fee covering the audit, MFA rollout and backup setup is quoted in your proposal. Backup software and platform licenses are billed separately at cost, with no markup.
Will multi-factor authentication annoy my team?
There is a short adjustment period. We roll it out in stages with simple instructions and help anyone who gets stuck. After the first week or two, most people barely notice it, and it is one of the most effective protections for cloud accounts.
Can you guarantee we won't get hacked?
No one honestly can. What we do is put strong, proven basics in place: MFA, tight access, monitoring and tested backups. That lowers your risk considerably and means you can recover if something does happen. We also tell you plainly about any gaps we can't close and what it would take to close them.
What access do you need?
Admin access to your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace tenant through a company-managed account you control and can revoke at any time. Every team member who supports you signs an NDA, and you stay the owner of your accounts and data.
Does this include help desk support for my staff?
Cloud security management focuses on administration, backups and security. Day-to-day employee issues like password resets and software problems are covered by our remote IT help desk, and many clients pair the two. Together they cover both the people side and the system side of your technology.
