How much do your website maintenance services cost?
Starter is $150/mo, Growth is $300/mo with monthly edits, and Premium is $500/mo with priority fixes and CRM integrations. A one-time setup fee covers the site audit and backup setup, and it is quoted in your proposal. Prepaying for a year gives you two months free.
How long is the contract?
The care plan has a 3-month minimum and then continues month to month. That gives us time to audit the site, fix anything urgent, settle into a routine and show you the value. After the minimum, you can cancel with notice. Prepaying for a year gives you two months free, and hosting is included in your plan price.
Do you only maintain websites you built?
No. We can take care of most existing small business websites. The setup audit tells us how your site is built and whether anything needs attention first. If we find serious problems, we will explain them in plain terms before you commit to fixes.
What counts as a small edit?
Things like updating text, swapping photos, changing hours, adding a staff bio or posting a new offer. Larger changes such as new page templates or features are better handled as a separate project, and we will tell you up front if a request falls outside the plan.
Who controls the logins and hosting?
You do. Our team works inside accounts you own and control, using company-managed logins that you can review or revoke at any time. Every team member signs an NDA before getting access. If you ever decide to leave, your site, domain and accounts stay with you, and we help with a clean handoff.
