A Local Business Marketing Package That Covers the Basics Well
Local Starter is our entry-level local business marketing package. For $897 a month, your dedicated Exoshore team asks real customers for reviews, replies to every one, keeps your Google Business Profile active and looks after your website. You get one monthly report and one U.S. point of contact who answers for all of it.
The small things customers check first are the easiest to let slide
Before someone calls you, they look you up. They read your newest reviews, glance at your Google listing and tap through to your website. If the last review is from last spring, the hours are wrong or the site looks abandoned, they move on to the next name. None of it is hard work. It just never makes it to the top of a busy owner's list.
Hiring three separate vendors for reviews, listings and web upkeep means three logins, three invoices and nobody looking at the whole picture. Local Starter puts those jobs with one team that shows up every week, works inside accounts you own and tells you in plain English what got done. You stay focused on the work customers actually pay you for.
Everything in Local Starter
Review generation and responses
We set up a review request funnel that reaches real customers after a job or visit, write response templates in your voice and reply to every Google review. No fake reviews and no review gating; everything follows Google and FTC rules.
Google Business Profile management
After a full profile optimization, your team publishes weekly posts, adds photos, answers Q&A and keeps categories and services accurate.
Website care plan
Hosting, software updates, backups, security and small edits, starting with a site audit and backup setup so nothing is lost if something breaks.
Monthly report
One clear report each month covering new reviews, responses sent, profile activity and website status, plus what we plan to focus on next.
What a well-run local business marketing package pays back
More trust before the first call
Recent reviews with real replies tell a stranger you are active and fair. That confidence often decides who gets the call when several businesses look similar.
A listing that works while you work
An up-to-date Google profile answers basic questions for you. Fewer wasted calls about hours or services means more time for paying customers.
A website you never have to worry about
Updates, backups and security run in the background. If something breaks, it is already somebody's job to fix it.
One team instead of three vendors
You get a single point of contact and one invoice for the essentials. When you are ready to grow, the same team can add more without starting over.
A good fit if you are…
- Owner-operated service businesses like plumbers, HVAC companies and cleaners that rely on Google searches
- Local shops and studios with a decent reputation but very few recent reviews
- Businesses whose website was built a while ago and has had no upkeep since
- Owners who have been answering reviews late at night and want it off their plate
- Multi-location operators testing a simple setup before rolling it out to every site
From first call to results.

Local Starter questions, answered.
How much does the Local Starter package cost?
Local Starter is $897 per month. There is also a one-time setup fee, which we quote in your proposal after the free call because it depends on the state of your profile, reviews and website. Software licenses or sending costs, if any apply, are billed separately at cost. Prepaying a full year gets you two months free.
How long is the contract?
Local Starter has a 3-month minimum, then it runs month to month. Three months gives the review funnel and profile work time to build a rhythm. After that you can stay, upgrade to Local Growth, or cancel with no long-term lock-in.
What do you need from me to get started?
Access to your Google Business Profile, your website hosting or login, and a way to reach recent customers, usually your CRM, booking tool or a customer list. We set up company-managed logins that you control, and every team member signs an NDA. After setup, most owners spend only a few minutes a week reading our update.
When will I see more reviews?
Most businesses notice new reviews arriving once requests start going out after setup, but the pace depends on how many customers you serve and how happy they are. We do not guarantee review counts, star ratings or search rankings. We only ask real customers, and we never filter who gets asked, so the reviews you get are genuine.
Does this local business marketing package work for multiple locations?
Yes. Local Starter covers your main location, and you can add the Location Add-On at $397 per location per month, or $297 per location at 10 or more locations. Each extra location gets Google Business Profile, review and listing management, which suits franchises and management companies.
