Outsourced Back Office Services That Keep Your Books and Inbox Clear
Back Office brings together the outsourced back office services most growing businesses need first. For $1,797 a month, your dedicated Exoshore team keeps your books reconciled, stages bills and sends invoices, gives you a part-time assistant for about 20 hours a week and delivers a monthly financial report. You approve every payment, and your money never passes through us.
The admin work that piles up after hours
Most owners did not start a business to categorize transactions or chase unpaid invoices. Yet that work lands on someone, usually you, late at night or on a Sunday. Receipts pile up, bills get paid late, a customer goes weeks without a reminder, and tax season turns into a scramble. Meanwhile your calendar and inbox fill with small tasks that keep you from the work only you can do.
Hiring a full-time bookkeeper and an assistant is a big step for a company that needs a few hours of each. Back Office gives you both, plus help with bills and invoices, in one package with one point of contact. Everything happens inside your own QuickBooks Online or Xero and your own accounts, so you can see the work and stay in control.
Everything in Back Office
Bookkeeping and reconciliation
Transaction categorizing, bank and card reconciliation, receipts and month-end close in QuickBooks Online or Xero. Setup includes a books review, chart of accounts, bank feeds and access. Catch-up of past months is quoted separately.
Accounts payable and receivable support
Bills entered and staged for your approval, and invoices sent and followed up, using a vendor list, an approval workflow and invoice templates set up at the start. You click pay; we never hold or move client money.
Part-time dedicated assistant
A named, dedicated team member for about 20 hours a week covering inbox, calendar, travel, scheduling and research, working from written SOPs with tool access you control and a signed NDA.
Monthly financial report
A monthly P&L and balance sheet with a short summary of what changed and anything that needs your attention.
What outsourced back office services give back to you
Hours back every week
Bookkeeping, billing and scheduling stop eating your evenings. That time goes back to customers, your team or your family.
Decisions based on real numbers
Up-to-date books and a monthly report show what is profitable and where cash is going. You can plan hires, purchases and pricing with confidence.
Steadier cash flow
Invoices that go out on time and get followed up tend to get paid sooner. Bills staged on schedule help you avoid late fees.
Control without the busywork
You approve every payment and own every login. You get the help of a team without giving up oversight of your money.
A good fit if you are…
- Owner-operated businesses where the owner still does the books at night
- Growing service companies sending enough invoices that follow-up keeps slipping
- Businesses with a CPA at tax time but nobody keeping the books clean all year
- Owners who need an assistant for part of the week but not a full-time hire
- Companies on QuickBooks Online or Xero that want monthly reports they can actually use

Back Office questions, answered.
How much does the Back Office package cost?
Back Office is $1,797 per month. A one-time setup fee is quoted in your proposal, and catch-up bookkeeping for past months is quoted separately if your books are behind. Software licenses such as QuickBooks Online or Xero are billed at cost or paid by you directly. Prepaying a year gets you two months free.
What is the contract length?
Back Office has a 3-month minimum, then continues month to month. The first months include setup and getting your books into a clean monthly rhythm, so a short minimum gives everyone a fair start. After that, you can stay, add services or cancel with notice, with no long-term lock-in.
Do you pay my bills or touch my money?
No. We enter and stage bills in your system, and you or someone you choose reviews and clicks pay. We never hold or move client money. Logins are company-managed and stay under your control, and every team member signs an NDA.
Do you file my taxes?
No. Our outsourced back office services keep your books clean and tax-ready, but a U.S. CPA or Enrolled Agent signs and files your taxes. We are happy to work with your current CPA and give them what they need at year-end.
How does this work with my tools and current team?
We work inside your QuickBooks Online or Xero, your email and calendar and your existing tools. If someone on your team handles part of the books today, we coordinate with them instead of replacing them. Most clients notice a lighter workload within the first couple of months, though timing depends on how much cleanup is needed.
