Customer Support Outsourcing That Feels Like Your Own Team
Our customer support outsourcing gives you a trained team answering your inbox and live chat with care. Your dedicated Exoshore team works inside your helpdesk, follows your policies and escalates what needs your attention. Customers get timely, friendly replies, and you get your day back along with a weekly update on what came in.
When support starts running your day
As a business grows, customer questions grow with it. Order updates, returns, account issues and product questions arrive all day. Owners and managers end up answering them between everything else, which means slow replies, inconsistent answers and a pile of unread messages by Friday. Customers notice the wait, and some of them say so in public reviews.
Hiring a full in-house support rep is a big step, and generic call centers often don't know your products or care about your tone of voice. You need people who learn your business, use your tools, follow clear rules on refunds and escalations, and treat your customers the way you would. That requires real setup, not just a shared login.

We build ready-made replies and an FAQ so answers stay accurate and consistent.

What dependable support does for your business
Happier, more loyal customers
Quick and friendly replies make customers more likely to buy again. Good support also helps prevent frustrated reviews.
Time back for owners and managers
Routine questions are handled without you. You only see the issues that truly need your decision.
Consistent answers every time
Macros and a shared FAQ mean customers hear the same accurate policy no matter who replies. That builds trust.
Room to grow without a big hire
Coverage scales as your volume increases. You add support capacity without the cost and delay of recruiting in-house.

Customer support (email & chat) questions, answered.
How much does customer support outsourcing cost?
Starter is $800/mo for part-time business-hours coverage, Growth is $1,500/mo for full-time coverage, and Premium is $2,500/mo for extended hours. A one-time setup fee covers macros, FAQ, escalation rules and tool access, and it is quoted in your proposal. Helpdesk software licenses are billed separately at cost.
Do you answer phone calls?
Phone support is not offered by default. This service covers email and live chat. If you need help with inbound calls or bookings, ask us about our AI voice agent or lead response service, and we will recommend the best fit during your consultation.
Can you issue refunds or handle payments?
We follow the rules you set. We never hold or move your money. For refunds, we can prepare the request or process it within limits you approve in your own system, and anything above your threshold is escalated to you. You stay in control of every financial decision.
What tools do you work in?
We work inside the tools you already use, such as your helpdesk, email, chat widget and store platform. There is no need to switch systems. Logins are company-managed and stay under your control, and every team member signs an NDA before getting access.
How long is the contract?
Plans have a 3-month minimum and then continue month to month. The first weeks are spent learning your products and refining macros, so three months gives a fair picture of the value. Prepaying for a year gives you two months free.
