How much do your graphic design services cost?
Starter is $400 per month for 10 designs, Growth is $750 per month for 20 designs, and Premium is $1,200 per month for unlimited requests with 48-hour turnaround. A one-time setup fee for building your brand kit in Canva is quoted in your proposal. Any software licenses you need are billed at cost.
Do I need a Canva account?
Your brand kit lives in Canva, so we set it up in an account you own and control. That way your staff can open templates and make small edits anytime. If brand kit features require a paid Canva plan, the license is billed separately at cost or paid directly by you.
Is there a contract?
Plans have a 3-month minimum, which gives your designer time to learn your brand and build out a solid set of templates. After that, your plan continues month to month. If you prefer to prepay for a full year, you get 2 months free on the plan you choose.
How fast will I get designs back?
Premium includes 48-hour turnaround on requests. On Starter and Growth, timing depends on the size of each request and what is already in your queue, and we confirm a due date when you submit. Your first designs usually arrive shortly after your brand kit is set up.
Can you work with my in-house team or other vendors?
Yes. Your designer can take requests from you, your staff, or another vendor, and deliver files wherever your team works. Everything stays in accounts with logins you control, and every member of your Exoshore team signs an NDA before touching your materials.
